Due to the overwhelming interest for the 2024 WiDS Annual Awards Breakfast, we have reached capacity and are sold out! This year, the event will return to the Shaw Centre – and be broadcast virtually – on March 1, 2024. Our theme is Inspire, Innovate. Empower, Elevate and it was carefully selected to capture the message of moving forward together and to align with that of last year's International Women's Day theme, DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality and planning is well underway for another inspiring event that celebrates the many unique and empowering women in Canada’s defence and security industries. And this year, we’re thrilled to be providing one $10,000 scholarship, as well as the WiDS & Canadian Global Affairs Institute Fellowship.
