Women in Defence and Security invite you to attend our WiDS 2020 Year End Networking Event​!

Throughout the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, many of us have retreated to the safety and comfort of our homes. Others, such as the emergency room doctors, nurses, paramedics and first responders from the 28 Field Ambulance were deployed to the frontlines to support high-priority, long-term care facilities under Operation LASER. Their experiences and expertise in emergency situations were vital to their fellow Canadians who needed them most. We are grateful to have several members of the 28 Field Ambulance Brigade joining us for this event to share their firsthand experiences with us. This event will be followed by a virtual networking session, as we round out a challenging year on a note of gratitude.
