Please join us virtually for our annual Speed Mentoring Event on April 27.

Speed Mentoring provides a tremendous opportunity for individuals – at any stage of their careers – to meet with talented senior leaders in the defence and security industries, in both the public and private sector. During these 15-minute sessions, mentees seek career advice through conversation and Q&A.

This event will be conducted virtually. We will pair 1-2 mentees with mentors in private break out rooms. There will be five rotations giving different mentees the opportunity to meet multiple mentors and gain valuable career advice. Between each rotation, all the participants will return to the main room for short presentations about the benefits of mentoring and sponsor spotlights to allow the event administrators to reassign mentors and mentees to new rooms. Like all our events, this is open to both women and men.
