Join us for this virtual Creating Connections event with Bobbi Sandhu, Warden of Matsqui Institution. The first visible minority female and first South-Asian woman to be appointed to this position in the Correctional Service of Canada, Ms. Sandhu is one of the most experienced Wardens in the Pacific Region. Throughout her career, she has faced a number of challenges and uses her experiences to coach and mentor others in their career development.

During this event, Ms. Sandhu will sit down with WiDS Vice President, Public Sector Relations Jennifer Capricci to discuss how she has overcome various challenges and found a way to elevate her voice in what has historically been a male dominated industry.
